Kevin L. Frankfather, 33, of Bradner, was sentenced to six years in prison on five third-degree felony gross sexual imposition convictions by Judge Reg Routson. Frankfather had been indicted on seven counts of GSI in February after he engaged in sexual contact with a girl on seven different occasions between June 3 and Dec. 8, 2005. The victim was 8 or 9 years old at the time of the offenses, which occurred at a Delaware Township residence. Two of the charges were dismissed in October as part of a plea bargain agreement. At his sentencing hearing, the defendant was found to be a sexually-oriented offender, meaning he will have to register with law enforcement for the next 10 years.
